We will look at where this might take the traditional view of Service Management ticket management, by reducing tickets before they even arrive, by looking at trends and leveraging the automation. We’ll then end by looking at how these technologies can enable us to make Service Management more collaborative bringing about a major shift in the way we think about providing the service and doing more with the same.
